I’m Nashre, Co-Founder of Youandholidays, with over 14 years of deep experience in the travel and tourism industry. My professional journey spans across sales, operations, and business expansion, managing diverse travel projects and large-scale operations across India and international destinations.
My professional journey includes experience with established travel brands such as MakeMyTrip, Thomas Cook, and Cox & Kings, where I worked at regional and national geographies with sales, operations, and customer experience teams handling diverse domestic and international travel requirements. These roles provided deep exposure to large-scale travel operations, customer service excellence, supplier management, and international travel planning.
Having traveled extensively across the globe, I have gained first-hand destination knowledge and strong insights into local cultures, authentic experiences, and on-ground travel realities. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in building and managing businesses across healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality, I have spent my career focused on one core principle: Delivering consistent, Reliable experiences that people can trust.
Beyond professional leadership, I have travelled extensively across global destinations including the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand, Japan, Turkey and many more. These journeys were not just leisure trips — they gave me the opportunity to closely observe international service standards, customer expectations, local cultures, and authentic travel experiences.
